Northbay Family Homes |
| Northbay
Family Homes has been a non-profit partner of the private/public sector
for 25 years, enabling communities to provide a broad range of housing
opportunities for the workforce. In high cost areas, middle income workers are left out of homeownership opportunities because of the large affordability gaps between median income and median home prices. Northbay Family Homes is uniquely positioned to provide innovative tools non-profits need to assist consumers and producers to attain levels of affordability that create more workforce homes every year. Northbay Family Homes believes homeownership is a proven strategy for creating strong neighborhoods and building wealth. Homeownership offers communities stability and safety by encouraging families to maintain their properties. Homeownership is the primary vehicle families use to build assets. Northbay Family Homes has successfully completed over thirty projects providing more than 2,500 homes — with 800 of them rated affordable. (Equity
share ownership housing is provided by NBFH's Fannie Mae Award
winning equity share ownership program.) |
